JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the main point of contact between Just Food and our valued customers in their different categories, the Marketing and Operations Assistant will be responsible for the following: -

- Create new Just Food sales points and follow-up all existing ones, ensuring the visibility and availability of all company products and marketing material at sales points. - Contribute to the design and production of all Just Food promotional and educational material. - Provide ace customer service online and offline, respond to enquiries with outstanding tact and professionalism. - Actively engage Just Food’s online and offline community with educational content, run communication campaigns and promotions. - Contribute to the maintenance of Just Food as a luxury and healthy convenience brand. - Represent Just Food at all events as required. - Follow up the payment of all relevant fiscal dues of the company. - Ensure that all deliveries in Yaounde are done. Package and dispatch consignments to the UK, USA, Canada, Dubai, Douala and other destinations as the need maybe. Also follow up to ensure the products are received on time at their destination. - Purchase all material for production and keep stock of sales and production material. - Oversee production as the need arises. - Do weekly and monthly plans of work, income\expenditure statement and one-pager sales\activity reports - Carryout administrative work and other tasks as requested by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- A self-starter with at least an HND in Marketing, business, Communication or related fields. - Computer literate – skilled and confident user in office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and email; familiarity with relevant information technology, including Facebook, Instagram and website content management. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Full proficiency in written and spoken English. Spoken French is a must. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
